LAHARI VIRUDHA CAMPAIGN  

        As part of Lahari Virudha Programme a campaign was held in BEMHSS, Kasaragod on 26th August by the Lahari Virudha Club. The campaign was inaugurated by Sri.Kanakaraja Staff Secretary and Smt. Sandhya Kumari Senior teacher of the School by handing over notices to be circulated warning the public against the use and sell of Tobacco products. The members of the club including the teachers started from the school visiting as many shops as possible around the school and circulated notices with warning. The campaign was effective and lively with slogans and placards which captured the public attention. Reaching back to school the members visited each class and gave awareness against the use and danger of Tobacco products.
